The minimum duration of the contract is 10 months

WHAT'S IN MY LOFT?
All lofts have an equipped individual kitchenette, a private bathroom, a table for study or meals, a sofa and a bed.
WHAT DOES MY MONTHLY FEE INCLUDE?
The loft rent includes all expenses for water, electricity, internet and a weekly cleaning
WHAT DO I NEED TO START LIVING?
A guarantor, proof of the last 3 salaries, ID, 1 month's rent advance, 1 rent guarantee and 1 damage guarantee.
The guarantees are refundable at the end of the stay, depending on the conditions of the lease.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BOOK?
To make the pre-booking, send us the documents by email. After checking them you will be contacted by us to make the signage.
